China's automobile lift industry standard (jtt155-2021) has been officially implemented

Recently, the Chinese automobile lift industry standard (JT / T 155-2021), led by the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of transport and reported and implemented by the national automobile maintenance Standardization Technical Committee, has been officially implemented! 1、 Significance of standard revision
• the new standard is modified and improved based on the current situation of lift technology and application requirements, so as to make the revised content of the standard more scientific and reasonable;
• the new standard can improve the technical level of China's automobile lift products, standardize and unify the inspection of automobile lift products, and guide automobile lift manufacturers to reasonably formulate product technical specifications;
• the new standard absorbs internationally mature and advanced standard achievements to achieve the standard technical level and keep pace with the international advanced level.
2、 Scope of application of the new standard
The new standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, experimental methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of automobile lift. The new standard is applicable to the design, production and inspection of automobile lifts with a rated lift mass of no more than 20000 kg. Other types of automobile lifts can be used for reference.
3、 Compared with international standards
Compared with the EU bsen1493:2010 standard (CE certification), the new standard has been in line with the foreign technical level in some technical requirements, such as the derailment protection requirements of hoist wire rope pulley and chain, the strength requirements of hoist tray, the strength requirements of bracket locking system, the height and strength requirements of hoist baffle, and the lifting speed in case of hoist oil pipe leakage;
Requirements for lifting speed, lifting stroke of locking device of lifting machine, anti presser foot protection function of lifting machine, pulley diameter of lifting machine, breaking tension value of steel wire rope of lifting machine, maximum lifting height of lifting machine and rotation angle of bracket of chassis contact lifting machine under the working condition of rated lifting quality of lifting machine, The relative displacement requirements of the lifting platform and supporting arm of the lift are stricter or more advanced than the international standards.
4、 New standards boost the new ecological upgrading of the industry
The promulgation and implementation of (JT / T 155-2021) automobile lift is an important measure to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's automobile lift industry. Through the guidance and drive of the new standards, promote the standards of China's lift industry to be in line with international standards, make China's auto lift industry develop in a safer, more standardized and sustainable direction, and ensure the safety of people and vehicles in vehicle maintenance operations.
