FAQ

QThe lift descends slowly
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • Down throttle valve is overtightened

    /

Loosen the nut of the spool of the descending throttle valve, rotate the spool counterclockwise, and adjust the proper position according to the descending speed of the lift.

  • Hydraulic oil is dirty

Visual inspection of the hydraulic oil is not clear and there are debris.

    Change hydraulic oil.

  • There is debris in the explosion-proof roll valve

Disassemble the cylinder joint and check for debris.

Clean the explosion-proof throttle valve or replace the cylinder joint.

  • There is debris in the spool of the electromagnetic unloading valve

Disassemble the solenoid unloading valve spool and check for debris.

Clean or replace the solenoid unloading valve spool.

  • There is debris in the manual unloading valve

Disassemble the manual unloading valve spool and check for debris.

Clean or replace manual unload valve spool.

  • The inside of the oil pipe is not smooth

Remove the main oil pipe, connect the removed oil pipe to the joint of the pump station, press the up button, and visually check whether the oil output of the oil pipe is smooth.

    Replace the tubing.

QWhen the column lift goes up and down, the lift arm shakes.
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • loose wire rope

Pull the wire rope by hand to determine if there is any slack.

Tighten the bolts securing the wire rope.

  • Column and sliding table friction

Check whether the contact part between the column and the sliding table is lubricated.

Add lubricating oil to the inner four corners of the column, and test it up and down.

  • The air in the cylinder is not exhausted

Start the lift, raise the sliding table by about 40CM, and if it is not locked, loosen the exhaust hole above the cylinder and listen for the sound of exhaust gas.

Loosen the vent until oil comes out of the vent, then retighten the vent screw.

QThe power indicator light is on, press the up button, it will not rise.
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • Poor contact of up button contacts

Press the up button and use a multimeter to check whether the wiring at both ends of the button is energized.

    Replace the up button.

  • The up limit is not connected or loose

Short-circuit the limit switch line, press the up button to check whether the machine rises, if it rises, check whether the limit switch quick-plug connector is loose.

    Reconnect the push-in connector.

QTurn on the power switch, the power indicator does not light up.
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • External power supply is not powered

Check whether the external power supply is connected to the power cable of the control cabinet (box).

    Reconnect the power cord.

  • circuit breaker tripped

Open the control box cover and check for a tripped circuit breaker.

    Push the switch back on.

QPress the up button, the motor runs, but does not rise.
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • Insufficient hydraulic oil

Visually inspect the oil drum or use the oil mark to check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil drum meets the standard dosage specified in the instruction manual.

Refuel, up to the standard dosage for this model.

  • Motor reverse

When pressing up, observe whether there are air bubbles in the hydraulic oil in the oil drum.

Swap the middle one of the 380V power cable connected to the motor with any one on both sides.

  • The solenoid unloading spool is not closed tightly

Tighten the solenoid unloading valve spool by hand to determine whether it is closed tightly.

Tighten the solenoid unloading valve spool.

QPress the up button, the lift goes up, but press the down button, it cannot go down.
A
  • possible causes

    Judgment method

    solution

  • Poor contact of the down button

Turn on the power, press the down button, and use a multimeter to check whether the wiring at both ends of the button is powered.

    Replace the drop button.

  • Safety lock won't open

Check whether the value on the air pressure gauge of the oil-water separator reaches 6KG air pressure.

If not, pull up the pressure valve on the oil-water separator and turn it clockwise until the air pressure reaches 6KG.

  • Cylinder damage

When descending, check whether the safety is open but cannot be opened.

Replacing the cylinder on the fuse that won't open
